Challenge
As the name suggests, the Adobe XD Creative challenge is an ongoing challenge organized by designers at Adobe. The goal is to learn a new thing about XD by following creative prompts everyday for a recurring two week period. I have been participating on and off for a period of time, and this is selection of some of my challenges. This page will be updated periodically.
1. Booking a Co-working Space
This challenge was to design a user interface for booking a co-working space using content-aware layout. The content aware layout feature allows for responsive changes in content when designing.
2. News App
The challenge was to design a user experience for a mobile news app using auto-animate. Auto-animate creates interactions by animating elements of the same name between two artboards.
3. Work Messaging App
The challenge was to design a contact experience for a work-related messaging app using scroll groups. Scroll groups enable vertical and/or horizontal scrolling within a specified area.
4. Travel App Onboarding
The task was to design onboarding pages for a simple travel app using auto-animate. Auto-animate creates interactions by animating elements of the same name between two artboards.
5. Video Chat App (Mock-up)
This challenge was to animate emoji interactions for a video chat app using component states. Component states allow for customizable instances in components that can be reused across a design.
6. Food Delivery App Onboarding
The task was to design onboarding pages for a food ordering/delivery app using auto-animate. Auto-animate creates interactions by animating elements of the same name between two artboards.
7. Skincare Brand Landing Page
The challenge was to design a landing page for a skincare brand using auto-animate. Auto-animate creates interactions by animating elements of the same name between two artboards. All 3D objects were rendered in Adobe Dimension.
